CONSULTING
We support organizations operating in complex environments in designing and implementing collaborative strategies that align stakeholders, strengthen governance, and accelerate implementation. We integrate methodological design, strategic facilitation, visual thinking, and collaborative frameworks (such as Art of Hosting and tejeRedes) to structure key conversations, clarify decisions, and translate agreements into actionable plans. We leverage our visual synthesis and systemic analysis skills to harness the organization's collective intelligence, bringing together the best people, resources, and decisions around clear strategic objectives.
DESIGN AND FACILITATION OF MEETINGS
We facilitate sessions using a blend of the Art of Hosting and graphic facilitation. The process begins with defining objectives, deliverables, a methodological approach, and an agenda. From there, we develop materials to facilitate and systematize the session. This involves leading participatory conversations, collaboratively developing projects, and systematizing existing experiences or projects. The deliverables are systematized according to the defined objectives, and reports and multimedia resources are provided digitally.
Designing materials to transfer or implement methodologies, whether face-to-face or virtual, is a service that perfectly complements session design. It generates visual materials for individual, group, or plenary work that respond to the objective of each part of the session and allow for the systematization of information in an agile and easy-to-understand way.
TEJEREDES COMMUNITY AND INCUBATOR
We are multipliers of tejeRedes, an ecosystem that promotes Collaborative Footprint in organizations through methodologies that enhance networking and foster adaptive and constantly evolving communities.
We promote collaboration within the tejeRedes Play Community , a vibrant space for learning, practice, and connection, where everyone can approach, participate in, deepen their understanding of, or return to the tejeRedes methodology according to their current life and organizational circumstances. We conduct CIRCOs (Circus-like events) and Workshops for community building and team development using collaborative tools. These spaces empower leaders, facilitators, and change agents within communities. Through the tejeRedes Incubator, we support consulting processes that can focus on the diagnosis, co-creation, or evaluation of collaborative projects within organizations, while also assisting teams in developing their communities around their shared purpose.
