IN-PERSON DOCUMENTATION - on Paper
Live graphic documentation on paper during events requires a wall or board to set up the workspace. The AleroVisual team first plans the structure of the canvas to be created and draws a live summary of what happened on a large-format white sheet of paper, 90cm high and 1 to 3 meters wide, depending on the duration of the event and the available space.
The artwork is hand-drawn and written, creating quick sketches that connect ideas and add high conceptual value with the magic of markers. The piece is finalized and scanned into a PDF version within 2 or 3 business days, depending on the agreement.
REMOTE VIRTUAL DOCUGRAPHIC - on iPad
Graphic documentation on iPads can be done at in-person or virtual events. A structure is created beforehand based on the event agenda, and the AleroVisual team draws a live summary of the workshop, meeting, or presentation. They use typography, hand-drawn lettering, and quick sketches with high conceptual value. Once the session is over, the artwork is shared live, and a version is delivered. This version is finalized and revised with up to one round of adjustments within two or three business days, depending on the agreed-upon timeframe. Mini-infographics can also be generated for sharing as posts or stories on social media.
INFOGRAPHICS - digital
We use drawings and colors to capture complex ideas and long stories in a single image. We synthesize large amounts of information into a single image with text. Infographics are our way of quickly learning, understanding, and communicating the stories you need to tell repeatedly in many different situations. We transform text, data, and information into visual content, either as a final product or as part of a broader communication process.

In digitally animated illustrated videos, the AleroVisual team develops the script, technical script, and storyboard. They then digitally illustrate each scene, allowing a large team of animators to bring each element to life. Simpler and faster time-lapse videos are also available.

Depending on the animation style, we either produce the illustrations on paper for stop-motion filming on a set with lighting and a director, or we create the illustrations digitally for 2D or 3D animation. The voiceover is done by professional voice actors, and the sound design makes the animated videos powerful and engaging.
